Jonathan has spent the majority of his career in the marketing field working for such giants of the journalism and broadcast industry as Gannett and Scripps. During the past decade, he leveraged his entrepreneurial and marketing skills to help launch and run a healthcare concern with his clinical partners. Most recently Jonathan used his marketing, managerial, and operational improvement as part of the growing healthcare field of neurosciences, where he runs a neurosurgical practice. During the pandemic, Jonathan saw an opportunity to start another business in the home services field after he saw firsthand how littered the field was with poor service and unresponsive companies. He has used his business skills and experience to start a new venture. In his spare time, Jonathan enjoys writing, designing, and architecture.
Ray's expertise spans the financial sector and corporate compensation, where he spent the last sixteen years in various analyst capacities at one of the country's largest financial institutions. In January 2022, Ray transitioned into corporate compensation for a 24,000-member sales and marketing force. He has broad experience in financial and quantitative analysis. He recently began to tire of the day-in and day-out of corporate life and began pursuing interests that would allow him to employ his entrepreneurial spirit. Together with his partner, they have recently decided to go into business in the home services field, after experiencing poor customer service and long waits firsthand during the pandemic. In his spare time, Ray enjoys relaxing with his creativity, which can include painting, photography, and crafting. He also enjoys his two dogs.
